These terms govern your use of the T3ni application ("T3ni", "the app") provided by T3ISC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using T3ni, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use T3ni on your devices for your own use. You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the app, or attempt to reverse-engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
T3ni generates responses using a small on-device AI model and curated reference packs. Its answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Nothing it produces is professional advice. You are responsible for how you use its output. For medical, legal, financial or other important matters, consult a qualified professional.
You agree not to use T3ni to create or facilitate anything unlawful, harmful, exploitative, harassing, or that promotes violence, self-harm or terrorism; to generate malware; to infringe others' rights; or to attempt to bypass the app's safety features. Use of the underlying model is also subject to the Falcon LLM Acceptable Use Policy referenced below.
Content you create or add in T3ni stays on your device; we don't receive it. You retain any rights you have in it, and you're responsible for it. If you send us feedback or a request, you grant us permission to use it to improve T3ni.
T3ni downloads AI models and expert packs to your device from our content host. Downloads may use significant data and storage — we recommend Wi-Fi. We may add, change or withdraw models, packs or features over time. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
T3ni is built using Falcon LLM technology from the Technology Innovation Institute, used under the Falcon-LLM Licence and its Acceptable Use Policy (falconllm.tii.ae). Optional online features rely on third-party services under their own terms. T3ni also includes open-source components under their respective licences, listed in the app.
T3ni is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T3ISC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) T3ni. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. As the app is free, our total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version will always be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
