This notice explains what T3ni does and doesn't do with information. It's written to be read, not to hide behind. T3ISC ("we", "us") provides the T3ni app.
We do not require an account, so we don't collect your name, email, phone number or a profile. We don't use advertising identifiers, we don't build a behavioural profile, and the app contains no third-party ad or tracking SDKs. Your conversations, notes, documents and photos are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us.
These are stored encrypted at rest on the device. You can clear them at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling.
T3ni is offline by default. Certain features reach the internet, and each is opt-in:
If you submit the expert-request or feedback forms on our T3ni page, they open your own email app so you can send us a message — we then hold what you send in order to reply. If you contact us or subscribe to updates, we keep your email only for that purpose. The site is served via Cloudflare, which may process basic technical logs to deliver and protect the pages.
Where we process any personal data you send us (e.g. an email you submit), we do so on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding. Under applicable data-protection law (such as the GDPR) you may ask us to access, correct or delete information you've sent us, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Because the app itself holds your content only on your device, you are in direct control of it.
T3ni is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this notice as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
